Here’s what you need to know
- Gas Safety Check (Required Every 2 Years) - We will perform a comprehensive inspection of all gas appliances at the property including but not limited to Gas Heating Systems, Gas Cooking System & Gas Hot Water Systems.
- Electrical Safety Check (Required Every 2 Years) - We will perform a comprehensive inspection of the electrical system including all safety devices, switches, light fittings and equipment.
- Smoke Detector Check (Required Every 12 Months) - A detailed inspection of all the smoke detectors in the property. This includes replacement of batteries and cleaning.

- A list of non compliance defects as well as recommended service items
- Lodgement of the Mandatory Type A Service report with the VBA
